Access model
Publisher is available to approved SiteLift customer workspaces and operators. Creating an account does not grant immediate product access. New accounts remain pending until an admin approves or rejects the request.
Workspace responsibility
Users may only work inside their own approved workspaces. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the right members, assigning roles and making sure connected social accounts belong to the organization or person they represent.
Content and platform rules
Users are responsible for the videos, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags and schedules they create. Content must comply with the rules of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and any other connected service.
AI suggestions are drafts. Users must review and approve AI-generated text before scheduling or publishing.
Connected accounts
Connecting a social account authorizes Publisher to perform the selected scheduling or publishing actions on that account. Users can disconnect social accounts from the Social Accounts view. Disconnection prevents future scheduled jobs from using that account.
Operational safeguards
Publisher may limit, queue, reject or suspend actions to protect infrastructure, platform compliance, workspace security and auditability. These safeguards are operational controls, not feature locks.
Availability
Publisher depends on external platform APIs, account permissions and review decisions. A connected platform may change scopes, quotas, media rules or publishing availability at any time.
